Sofia Goggia's promise: My pain will not be in vain

These words already had a special meaning for Goggia two years ago in Cortina, before the Olympic Games in Beijing. "If this is the plan that God has reserved for me, I can do nothing but open my arms, welcome it and accept it."

Goggia shares the painful experience of not only enduring the physical pain of her broken bone, but also the mental strain of not being able to live out her passion for skiing as usual. Despite the difficulties, she promises to draw strength from this terrible pain, both for herself, her father and her fans. She emphasizes the need to move on and learn from the situation, no matter how hard the road may be.
